Dr. Thomas Peltier
Dr. Thomas Peltier joined our practice in the summer of 2020. But his affiliation with Noah's Ark Animal Hospital dates back to his high school years when he worked here as a kennel technician gaining his first experiences in the veterinary profession. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences before attending Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine where he studied both small and large animal medicine. Upon graduating, he returned to Noah's Ark Animal Hospital to embark on his new career alongside his mentor Dr. Orengo. He is active member of the AVMA, TVMA, and HCVMA.
When he's not seeing patients for wellness exams, he's busy diagnosing and treating our sicker little friends. And when necessary, he is equipped to offer surgical intervention. Outside of the office, Dr. Peltier enjoys spending time with his family, his dog Mando or kayaking Galveston Bay!! |

Baci
Baci was rescued by Noah's Ark Animal Hospital during hurricane Harvey. Baci barely survived the storm and the aftermath. He and his elderly owner were being rescued out of their flooded home during the rainy night by canoe. When Baci and his small portable kennel were being transferred onto the canoe, it slipped out of the rescuer's hands and Baci and his kennel sunk into the flowing waters!! It took a moment but he and his kennel were caught downstream about 4 feet on the other side of the canoe and brought back up to the surface. It's a miracle he's alive but here he is. His name means "Kiss" in Italian and he lives up to it, wandering the halls of the clinic showering all with his Love and gratitude!
