"The facility was referred to me as being a wonderful vet clinic where all employees are attentive and sincerely caring for pets. Whether on the phone or curbside, employees are always assertive, considerate, and listening to your needs."
H. Rodriguez

Surgery

From time to time, your pet may require surgical services to keep them healthy.  Most of the surgeries at our hospital are planned and scheduled allowing our doctors to fully evaluate each case with care and consideration.  Depending on the health and age of your pet, blood testing, chest x-rays, EKGs, or heart ultrasonography for heart health may be utilized to fully investigate and discover any health risks prior to surgery. In this way, the doctors at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital can optimize your pet's health prior to and leading up to surgery. And after the surgery, our patients are closely monitored to assist in a speedy and safe recovery,  Depending on the surgery, pain medications are administered in the recovery phase and pain medications and/or antibiotics may be prescribed to be taken in the days immediately following the surgery.  As always, our doctors and staff are readily available to discuss your pet's health and any surgical questions you may have.
